Wedding Ring Making Workshops

Your wedding rings are the one thing from your wedding day that you’ll wear every single day afterwards.

Long after the flowers are gone and the dress is packed away, your rings are still there. They become part of your everyday life together.

That’s why I believe they should be made with just as much love and thought as the rest of your wedding.

At my workshop in Odiham, Hampshire, I offer private wedding ring making workshops where couples come and create their own rings together. It’s a relaxed, meaningful experience and a lovely way to spend time together in the run up to your wedding.

You don’t need any jewellery making experience at all. I will guide you through each step so you can make your rings yourselves.

How It Works

1. Consultation

We start with a relaxed consultation where we talk about the rings you would love to make and your lifestyle.

We will look at different metals, ring shapes and finishes, and talk about the weight and feel of the rings that appeal to you. We will also measure your ring sizes and chat through any ideas you already have.

It’s simply a chance to explore what feels right for both of you.

2. Your Quote

After the consultation I will put together a quote for your rings based on the materials and weights we discussed.

If you would like to adjust anything we can absolutely do that. Sometimes small changes can make a big difference to the overall cost.

Once everything feels right and works within your budget, we will confirm the design and book your workshop date.

3. Your Workshop Day

This is where the magic happens.

You will come to my workshop in Odiham and spend the day making your wedding bands together. I will guide you through the whole process so that you create your rings from start to finish.

You will be measuring, shaping, soldering, forming and finishing your rings yourselves, with plenty of help from me along the way.

4. Finishing and Hallmarking

Once the workshop is complete, I will take your rings away to give them their final professional polish.

They will then be sent for hallmarking so they carry the official mark confirming the precious metal used.

5. Receiving Your Rings

Your finished rings will be ready around three to four weeks later.

They will be beautifully polished, hallmarked and ready for your wedding day.
